📦 Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returns and exchanges are limited.

🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Exchanges are not supported at this time

  • Returns for preference-related reasons (e.g. size, color, or change of mind) are not eligible

  • Items priced under $10.00 are generally not eligible for return unless defective

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos showing the issue to speed up the process.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered only if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • The issue is due to our error

Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after your return is confirmed. Please allow a few business days for processing.

🌍 Return Availability

Returns are only available for orders delivered within Canada and the United States.
